Go into each seminar with realistic expectations.
Many seminar goers expect instant result with very little effort. Presenters only provide you the knowledge and the tools to move forward with your goals, it is up to you to apply what you have learnt and watch it grow.
Know that nothing happens overnight. Changes take time and good changes are worth the wait. Don’t give up!
