Seminar Tip # 11 – Eat Well and Drink Plenty of Water!
Be good to yourself! Eat at least one proper, healthy meal each day and drink plenty of water. Seminars can be a lot of work and stressful at times. Bring 2-3 water bottles and some light snacks to keep you going.
You’ are asking a lot more of your body than usual, sitting uncomfortably for long periods of time in an environment you are not accustomed too. Keeping well hydrated and nourished will help you from getting worn out to quickly or getting ill.
